Miya Nadri, AlphaCSP's CEO, joined the company in January 2006. Miya has filled a number of executive roles at AlphaCSP: for the past two years she worked as the Business Development Director and Web Division Manager. Miya has an extensive technical background, having started as a Java developer 10 years ago and fulfilling several technical roles along the way. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Miya worked in the USA for six years as a project leader in a high tech company. She holds a BSc (Magna Cum Laude) degree from the Israel Institute of Technology

Dror Bereznitsky is a Senior Consultant and Architect at AlphaCSP. Dror has more than nine years of experience in the IT industry and has been working for AlphaCSP since 2006. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Dror held various technical lead and management positions in the Israeli high-tech industry. Dror holds a BSc degree in computer science from Bar-Ilan University and is currently completing his MBA degree. As one of AlphaCSP's senior consultants, Dror manages and consults with the development of large-scale Java and JEE-based projects in sectors ranging from the financial industry to the mobile world. Dror is an active member of the open source community, leading a Java build related sourceforge project.

Tali Notman, AlphaCSP's Director of HR, joined the company in 2006, bringing with her comprehensive Human Resource experience. Before coming to AlphaCSP, Notman filled several HR management roles in the Malam-Team group, the SQlink software house, and the Israeli Prime Minister's office. Mrs. Notman's vast experience in the HR field includes the growing, dynamic hi-tech employment arena. Mrs. Notman holds a Master of Law degree and a social sciences BA degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Keren Peled is the Sales Manager at AlphaCSP. Keren has more than seven years of experience in the IT industry and has been working for AlphaCSP since 2009. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Keren held various managing and business positions in the Israeli high-tech industry. Keren holds a BA degree in Business Management.

Ety Aharoni is the Marketing Communication manager at AlphaCSP. Ety Joined AlphaCSP in 2002. For the past three years, she worked as AlphaCSP's Principal Coordinator, gaining experience in the IT industry and in the Israeli high-tech industry.
