Phil started his career as an electronic and then software engineer. For many years he was the European Services Marketing Manager for Digital Equip Co (DEC). For the last few years he has worked with Martin Odersky at EPFL where he has contributed the key data-structures used in both Scala's, Clojure’s and Haskell's immutable collections. Recently he was a co-contributor to the new Scala parallel collections, concurrent Hash Tries and fast vector concatenation. He is now the Marketing Manager for Typesafe, the Scala support company.

Yoav Aharoni is a AlphaCSP's CTO. Yoav joined AlphaCSP in 4Q 2006. Aside from being a Java developer, Yoav brings to AlphaCSP a vast knowledge of web technology. Continuously exploring, Yoav keeps himself updated with the newest and hottest innovations the web has to offer today.

Nadav is a senior consultant and architect at AlphaCSP, where he has been working for the past 4 years. Nadav has been working with Java since 2003, primarily in the telecom and defense industries, and has been following Scala since 2006.

Pini is a consultant at AlphaCSP with 10 years of experience as a Senior developer and Development Team Leader . He has been working with Java technologies for the last ten years as a Developer and a Team Leader. Pini has experience in Web frameworks and large-scale JEE enterprise applications.He has participated in some of AlphaCSP's key enterprise projects, among them an Internet project at the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation - NITE based in Jerusalem.

Sonia is a consultant at AlphaCSP. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Sonia worked in the telecom industry as a team leader and an architect for a large scale enterprise system. Holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. While Java has a special place in her heart, Sonia is an avid Scala enthusiast.

Evgeny Hanik Bloom is a Java Architect and Consultant at AlphaCSP. He has eight years experience as a Software Engineer , Team Leader and Architect Co-founder and VP R&D in Otenti Systems Ltd. Former Team Leader and architect in Migdal insurance company. Evgeny holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Emeq Izrael Academic College.

Ron Poches is AlphaCSP's PMO. He joined AlphaCSP in 2006 and has 8 years of Java experience. He has been a java Developer, Team Leader, and Site Manager at the Israeli Direct Insurance(IDI) project, AlphaCSP's biggest web project specializing in web development . As a project manager he is very enthusiastic with implementing Agile methodologies in current and future AlphaCSP projects.

Gilad is a Development Manager at AlphaCSP and has over seven years of experience as a developer. Since joining AlphaCSP in 2007, Gilad had specialized in large scale enterprise architecture, development methodologies, concurrency programming and cloud technologies. Currently, Gilad is the Development Mananger for the Metronit (BRT) project. If you'll see a strong guy on a Ducati motorcycle you'll know Gilad has arrived.

Guy is a professional in R&D for approximately 20 years, consulting and architecting on enterprise applications within the Java domain. Since joining AlphaCSP five years ago, Guy has participated in a number of enterprise projects including banking, customer-oriented services, network management systems and education. Prior joining AlphaCSP, Guy held various positions, both technical and administrative in the IT world. Guy has tried to become the first Java modeler in the Fashion world but with no apparent success.

Elad is a senior developer at AlpahCSP , currently working in Israeli Direct Insurance(IDI) project as a technology leader in the claims development team. specializing in design/development of Java/J2EE (EJB,RMI,Servlets,REST,Spring,Hibernate) based systems. Prior to joining AlphaCSP, Elad has worked for five years as a Java infrastructure engineer in secure web gateway company and the Israeli air force.

Nikolay is a senior developer in AlphaCSP, Joined in February 2010 as part of the JTeam project. Holds a degree in Software Engineering and finishing Master's degree in Technology Management. Nikolay has four years of experience in Project Management on-site and Java development along with vast training experience. Currently takes part in Opal project which gives pension funds solution Nicolay's greatest hobby is photography, so... smile :)
